CNC Hot Wire Cutting Machines

Our CNC hot wire cutting machines enable the precise processing of EPS, Neopor, XPS and other thermally cuttable foam materials.

From cutting panels and small blocks to processing standard EPS blocks and industrial multi-wire production, we offer different machine series for various material formats, applications and production requirements.

All machines are developed, assembled, adjusted and fully tested in Germany before delivery.

The right machine series for every application

Our CNC hot wire cutting machines are divided into different series:

  • Entry-Level Series – for panels and small blocks
  • Commercial Series – for cutting parts from standard blocks
  • Industrial Series – for high production output and multi-wire applications
  • Roof Series – for tapered insulation panels and complex roof elements

Depending on the machine series, different working areas, wire lengths, axis configurations and optional extensions are available.

The machines are CNC-controlled and enable precise contour cutting, panel cutting, tapered and skewed cuts as well as – depending on the machine series – parallel cutting with multiple wires.
